Abstract:
گونه Cynodon dactylon، گونه‌ای با اهمیت اقتصادی و صنعتی در سطح جهان است و به طور وسیع در مناطق معتدله و گرمسیری به عنوان چمن و علوفه دام استفاده می‌شود. در این مطالعه تعداد 10 جمعیت متعلق به این گونه با هدف مشخص نمودن عدد کروموزومی و کاریوتیپ گونه و بررسی تنوعات احتمالی آن ارزیابی شد. مطالعات عدد پایه 9=x و سطوح پلوئیدی 36=x4=n2 و 27=x3=n2 و همچنین، کاریوتیپ نسبتاً متقارن را برای این گونه نشان داد. وجود جمعیت تری‌پلوئید این گونه نشان‌دهنده حضور احتمالی افراد دیپلوئید در منطقه مورد نظر و یا وقوع دورگ‌گیری میان افراد دیپلوئید و تتراپلوئید این گونه در گذشته و حفظ افراد تری‌پلوئید از طریق تولیدمثل غیر‌جنسی و ریزوم است.
